By becoming a member, not only will you be eligible for priority booking and ongoing discounts for theatre events and film screenings at the OMH, but you will be kept up to date with all the latest news. The small print
In order to redeem your 10% discount it is necessary to purchase tickets directly from the Box Office either over the telephone or in person. To contact the Box Office simply call us on (01743) 281 281.
One membership card will be issued per person according to the type of membership. Cards must be presented at the Box Office in order to receive membership benefits, and benefits are available for cardholders only.
Priority booking will be available for one week prior to general booking for each theatre season. It is the customer's responsibility to apply for membership in advance of these dates, allowing 7 days for the processing of applications. Details of booking dates are available from the Box Office.
By joining the scheme, patrons are giving their consent for The Music Hall and the OMH to contact them regularly by mail or email (if appropriate) with newsletters and offers. However, customer information will not be passed onto any other organisation and The Music Hall will only send information that is relevant to the membership scheme.
All offers made through the membership scheme are non-transferable and subject to availability. Membership fees are non-refundable.
