You will immediately receive a Certificate of Sponsorship via email. Within a few days, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the process and next steps with you, including your preferred wording on the name plaque.
Unfortunately, seat sponsorship does not offer priority booking or guarantee your seat will be available to you on future events.
Seat plaques are a minimum size of 10cm wide x 5cm high and can accommodate up to 10 words per plaque. The Old Market Hall reserves the right to request amendments prior to approval.
Seat plaques are generally produced and installed within 3-4 weeks of purchase. We will communicate the expected timeline with every seat sponsor and confirm installation.
Yes, if you prefer not to display a personal message, we are happy to discuss other options with you.
You will be contacted and offered first option to renew your sponsorship, or can choose to release the seat if you prefer.
